Another year of 'running away' - accomplished ;)


A year filled with PBs, awesome running friends and memories that'll last forever :)

    Nak tanya, apa kata you buat an entry post or just simply write here a running guide for newbie.

    I wanna start running, but just simply don't have any idea on how to start. Dan sebelum ni tak pernah join mana-mana running event.

    I wanna run for my self and my short term goal adalah untuk lari for fun and wanna build a healthy lifestyle. Mungkin siapa tahu in the long term , I might wanna consider to get a meddle, macam you kan..hehe..Be a serious runner.
